My spouse and I work full time. When can we meet?

Jessica is available for evening meetings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as one Saturday each month. Additionally, she can hold meetings on Zoom, FaceTime, and over the phone.

Where can we meet?

We are mostly booking virtual appointments and can meet for a phone call or video chat through FaceTime or Zoom. We do offer in-person meetings for our clients in AZ and travel to CA several times a year. If you're in CA and would like an in-person meeting, email us at info@emeraldwealthusa.com and we'll add you to the schedule next time Jessica is in town.

How does eSign work?

The eSignature feature is available for a variety of accounts--whether you're opening a new account or updating a current account. We will email you the link to the electronic document through DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Is there a fee to meet?

No. There is no fee or obligation for the initial consultation.

What is the financial planning process?

The financial planning process begins with a meeting to discuss your financial goals and situation. Jessica can then take all your most recent financial information and create a financial plan customized for you. After she has completed a financial plan (usually within 4 weeks), she can present her findings and recommendations. Your second meeting would be to implement the recommendations from the financial plan. Then, depending on the level of service chosen, you can meet with her quarterly, semiannually, or annually to review your financial situation and learn about additional concepts and resources.

How much does a financial plan cost?

The cost varies depending on (1) the complexity of your financial situation, (2) the level of analysis, and (3) how often you wish to meet. We can quote you a price at the end of the first meeting. From there, it’s your decision on how you wish to proceed.

I want to do a financial plan, but I am having trouble figuring out my expenses. What do you recommend?

In the initial meeting, as part of creating a financial plan, Jessica can help you review all sources of income and all expenses you have or anticipate having. Check out the  following link for more information: New Clients: What to Bring

When should I begin collecting Social Security?

We have many tools to help you understand your options. Simply ask her.
